Each year, Civicus Consulting Group provides customized reports for Head Start grantees. For this grantee, we conduct all research and write the report for its comprehensive community assessment (required to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services every five years). In the other four years of the cycle, we do deep-dive research and reports into specific topics of concern in the community, including education, race and ethnicity, housing, and so forth.
